Mudimedia Yazılım ("we") builds PassportOK. This policy explains what data the app processes and why. We do not sell personal data.

Data we process

Usage analytics (PostHog): anonymous app events (e.g. screens viewed, features used), device model, OS version, approximate country. Used to improve the app.
Purchases (RevenueCat, Apple, Google): an anonymous app user ID and transaction details to provide and restore subscriptions. Payment details are handled by Apple/Google; we never see them.
Account (Supabase): an anonymous account ID for your settings and export history. No personally identifiable information.
Photos you take (local processing, optional cloud storage): processed entirely on your device to check compliance. If you choose cloud export, photos are encrypted and stored only for the duration you need to download them, then deleted.

You can delete your data from within the app or by emailing support@passportok.app. You can opt out of analytics in the app settings where available.

The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country).
